Who provides care. Curex Medical Services, PA, an independent medical practice licensed in all 50 states. MyAllergyPlan is operated by Curex, Inc., which does not practice medicine. A clinician-patient relationship begins only when you complete a visit.

Sponsorship. Where a page is supported by a program sponsor, that is disclosed on the page. Sponsors receive no personal information and have no role in your care. Curex is not paid by any sponsor per patient, plan, visit, or treatment.
Your information. By requesting a plan you agree to be contacted by email and, if you opt in, by text (reply STOP to opt out). We do not sell your health information or share it with any sponsor.
Costs. The plan is free. No enrollment fee. A visit is billed to your insurance (copay charged once intake is completed) or $99 self-pay; an allergy test is $199 self-pay.
